Q. Do you provide installation services?

A. Yes, our technicians have a minimum 6+ years experience and are MECP Certified to better serve your needs.

 

Q. Do you install equipment not purchased from you?

A. Yes, we ask that you bring the equipment you have into the store for an inspection, to assure you have everything necessary and to set an appointment for installation.

 

Q. do you offer warranties with your installations?

A. Yes, we offer a lifetime warranty on the installation of equipment purchased in our store.

 

Q. do you sell installation parts over the counter?

A. While we recommend having your equipment professionally installed, we do sell installation accessories over the counter. Including but not limited to: Wiring harness’s, dash kits, antenna adapters, amplifier kits.

 

Q. do you repair broken equipment?

A. We offer repair services on any and all Treo Engineering equipment. Bring down the equipment you have to have it shipped directly to Treo Engineering, we take care of all the packaging for you.
